We hope you love what you ordered! But if you need to make a return or exchange, we’ve got you covered. Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date in new, unused condition and in original packaging.
To exchange an item, return your item and reorder. Once we receive your item at our warehouse, a refund will be issued. You can then place a new order for the style, size or color you want. We cannot guarantee the item(s) you want will be available when you place your new order.
Once we receive your return you can expect a refund within 15 days. You will receive an automated email once your return is processed and closed. We are unable to complete refunds for items that are in transit or have not been returned to us.
Limited Editions and clearance items marked Final Sale or ending in $0.97 price point are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

An authorization hold (also card authorization, preauthorization, or preauth) is the practice within the banking industry of authorizing electronic transactions done with a debit card or credit card and holding this balance as unavailable either until the merchant clears the transaction (also called settlement), or the hold "falls off." Debit card authorization holds can fall off the account (thus rendering the balance available again) anywhere from 1–8 days after the transaction date depending on the bank's policy. Credit card holds may last as long as 30 days, depending on the issuing bank.

To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before the promotion ends. Please include your order number in your email message. If you meet the terms, we will refund you the difference in your original form of payment.
